S'Marie Photography, a premier photography studio found and owned by the talented and accomplished Shaneika Ford. Since 2016, S'Marie Photography has been capturing breathtaking moments in the City of Syracuse and beyond. As an MWBE certified business, Shaneika has been recognized for her excellence in photography and her commitment to creating opportunities for young people in the community.
Shaneika's impressive list of accomplishments includes securing photography contracts as a subcontractor for multi-million-dollar projects, as well as providing valuable training and mentorship opportunities to young people.
Her Summer Photography Internship for youth ages 14-18 has been a huge success, empowering young people to learn valuable skills and stay motivated to succeed. Additionally, her 12-week enhancement photography program for young girls at a local residential center has helped to inspire and uplift the next generation of photographers.
Shaneika is also committed to sharing her expertise with individuals in the community, offering photography training sessions to those who are interested in learning more about the art and science of photography. Her dedication to her craft and to the community has not gone unnoticed - she has received the prestigious Economic Champion award in both 2021 and 2022 from CenterState CEO and Upstate Minority Economic Alliance. This award recognizes Shaneika's outstanding contributions to driving the Central New York economy forward through her business and community initiatives. She also received the New York State Senate 2024 Empire Award. This award recognizes the outstanding contributions and dedication to the growth, prosperity and betterment of the community and New York State.

A photography gallery and creative hub showcasing local art, hosting engaging creative workshops, and offering an inspiring environment for collaboration and community connection. This innovative space will support artists, photographers, creatives, business owners/entrepreneurs by providing a place to create, share, and grow. We will also offer memberships that include access to workstations for editing, photo and video production, or general computer use for professional or personal projects.
